The IPMA-HR Nominating Committee has established the slate of candidates for the election of a 2013 president-elect. The following individuals (in alphabetical order) submitted applications for president-elect: Richard Dukellis, IPMA-CP, Director of Administrative Services, City of La Mesa, Calif.; and Pam Stewart, IPMA-CP, Owner, Cole Stewart Consulting, Sacramento, Calif.
