The ECC Realistic Job Preview (RJP) has been designed for use in the recruitment of entry-level ECC staff (call takers/dispatcher).
RJPs are used for jobs that have high turnover, low morale, and low productivity due to the fact that some employees do not enjoy certain aspects of the job. RJPs aim to provide prospective employees with a realistic preview of the job. This enables them to self-select out of the process if they decide they are not a good fit for the job. This is even more important now due to hard economic times and tightened budgets. ECCs do not want to waste precious resources on employees who are not a good fit for the job.
