Training Provided to Iraq HR Leaders

Through a partnership with the US military, the Association is providing training to HR leaders from the Iraq government. The first session of the training was held in Alexandria, VA for senior HR leaders with the Iraq Ministries of Interior and Defense.  The Developing Competencies for HR Success training program was successfully completed and all of the participants have been awarded with their IPMA Certified Professional (IPMA-CP) designations. The primary trainers for the program were Richard Heil, IPMA-CP and Fagan Stackhouse, IPMA-CP.

The second training session will be held in Cairo, Egypt during May. The participants in this training program will be from the Iraq Ministry of Interior. For additional information about this training, please contact Neil Reichenberg, IPMA-HR executive director, nreichenberg@ipma-hr.org.
