This complimentary webinar, brought to you by ADP and presented by John A. Haslinger, will provide an overview of health care reform - its objectives, timing and requirements, as well as the legal challenges that have been raised - with an emphasis on what employers need to be thinking about and planning for between now and 2014.
The world of health care was complex enough when everyone understood the rules - ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, ADEA, FSA, HRA, HSA - an alphabet soup of rules and regulations...but at least a familiar one. Welcome to the brave new world of health care reform - a world in which benefit administration can no longer stand alone and separate from other HR activities - a world in which, for example, the ability to integrate Benefits, Payroll and Workforce Planning becomes critical.
About the presenter:

John Haslinger, Vice President of Product Marketing – Health Care and Benefits, ADP
John is Vice President of ADP Product Management for Health Care and Benefits. He has over 30 years experience the area of employee benefits, spanning strategic design, compliance and administration. Prior to joining ADP, John was a Director in Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital Practice where he consulted with both plan sponsors and providers in these areas – addressing both strategic and operational issues. In 1995 John started and ran Fidelity Investment’s H&W Outsourcing Business after having started and run Buck Consultant’s national H&W Administration Practice – as well as Buck’s Flexible Benefit Consulting practice.
